Update January 21, 2026.

Dear friends and fellow operators,

It’s been a long month! Yes, we’re still in business. Haha. I’ve been working on a bunch of research projects at the shop so not many keys were made in that time. But I’ve had the machines making parts the last several days and that means I’m a week I’ll have some finished keys. There have been a couple of changes.

1) International shipping has been turned off. I don’t control how the receiving country handles imports. We’ve had a bunch of issues with denied imports and folks not paying their VAT tax. That all comes back as a loss to me. So until further notice, we’re only shipping to USA addresses.

2) I’ve been asked by a bunch of people if I’d make a waiting list sign-up. I’m working on a mailing list so folks can be aware of when drops will happen. This takes time to learn those systems on the backend of this website. It’s happening slowly. Rolling out a half baked plan is not a good idea so bare with me.

3) The Composite finger pieces will be added to the website with the next drop. I’ve had several prototypes in the field now with some very active users and the feedback has been great.

4) We will be standardizing to 3 primary colors.

5) Replacement part kits are coming soon.
