Yes. Production is actively underway and orders are being fulfilled on an ongoing basis.

When will my waitlist order ship?

Orders are processed in the order they are received and are typically fulfilled in production batches. This means you'll often see groups of orders ship at the same time.

Why does it seem like some orders are taking longer than expected?

Order volume has increased significantly in recent weeks. While production continues to expand, larger batches naturally increase processing times.

Can I get my order faster by choosing a specific color?

No. Color selection does not affect your position in the queue. Orders are fulfilled according to waitlist position and production scheduling.

Will contacting Modern Morse for a status update speed up my order?

No. Responding to status inquiries takes time away from production and fulfillment. To keep orders moving as quickly as possible, I spend the majority of my time building and shipping keys.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue that requires your attention, I will contact you directly by phone or email.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, international shipping is temporarily paused. Demand within the United States is currently consuming all available production capacity.

Can international customers still order?

Some customers have successfully used freight forwarding services to receive their orders. If you choose to use a forwarding service, please ensure you understand the associated costs, import requirements, and risks.
