If you’ve placed a waitlist order, rest assured—we’re actively in production. My goal is to have all waitlist orders fulfilled by Hamvention. Orders are processed in batches, so you’ll see groups of shipments going out at once. Over the past few weeks, order volume has increased significantly, which means larger batches and slightly longer processing times.

Requests for a specific color won’t speed up your order, and status update inquiries won’t move your order along either. In fact, responding to those messages takes time away from fulfilling orders, which slows things down for everyone.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, I’ll reach out directly by phone or email.

At the moment, international shipping is paused. It’s something I’m working toward, but current U.S. demand is keeping things at capacity. Some customers have successfully used freight forwarding services, which is perfectly fine.
